When is my order processed?

All in-stock items are available for same-day shipping, If ordered before 3:00pm EST. Turnaround time for back-ordered items is approximately 1-3 weeks.

How will I know if you've received my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order after you click on "purchase". Additionally, you will be given your order number on the order confirmation page after you submit your order. Be sure to jot this number down and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?

If we have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. Send an email to customerservice@bullaclothing.com. Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via email.

What delivery methods are available?

We currently ship via United States Postal Service. Delivery takes 3-7 business days (may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories). Express Delivery is available for an additional cost. Express Delivery takes 1-2 business days (may take longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories). For overseas orders it may take 2-5 days longer. These services are only available for in-stock items. We also Ship UPS depending on convenience and also depending on where the purchase is going.

What are your shipping rates?

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.

What is a backorder?

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 7-21 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will not be billed shipping for each item, You will be billed once for the initial order.

If you would like to inquire about the status of a backordered item, send us an email at Customerservice@bullaclothing.com and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if available.

To cancel any backordered item, send us an email at Customerservice@bullaclothing.com and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if available, and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel it immediately. If it has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery and it will be returned to us.

If you find unauthorized charges on your credit card as a result of shopping on www.Bullaclothing.com, you won't pay a penny.
Here's how it works:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for any fraudulent charges in excess of $50.00. If your bank does charge you the $50.00 fee, and the unauthorized charges resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at www.Bullaclothing.com, we will reimburse you the full amount of the liability, up to $50.00. You must first notify your credit card provider in the manner required by the provider if you believe unauthorized charges have appeared on your account.

RETURN & EXCHANGE QUESTIONS:

Do you guarantee your products?

The quality of your experience with Bullaclothing.com is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return it unused within 15 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. We will only refund the cost of the product. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded unless
the error was ours. If the error is ours, we will mail you a shipping label which you can attach to the box with the merchandise in it. Then simply drop it off at the post office.

Please ship your return merchandise, with the requested information completed on the back of your packing slip, to the following address via insured mail:

How do I exchange an item?

If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; shipping and handling can not be refunded unless the error was ours), If the error is ours, we will mail you a shipping label which you can attach to the box with the merchandise in it. All you need to do is take it to the post office. There will be no charge to you either way.Your credit card will be billed for the additional amount. If you paid with paypal please send the additional amount via paypal be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number. There are no additional charges for shipping if you're exchanging an item. If you have specific questions about exchanging an item, please email us at customerservice@bullaclothing.com

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you paid for your order via Paypal, your refund will be processed 2-3 days after we recieved your parcel.
